The electronic version of W-2s are now available in self-service Banner. To access yours:
- Log in to My Canisius
- In Self–Service Banner click on: Employee / Tax forms / W-2 Year End Earnings Statement
If you received your W-2 electronically in the past, your consent is still valid. Just select “2019” from the dropdown box.
If you did not receive your W-2 electronically in the past, please check the box by “Electronic W-2 consent” to receive your W-2 electronically. You will be able to view and print your W-2 before the mailing date of January 31, 2020. In addition, this option will provide better efficiency and cost savings to the college.
