Just because classes are not in session much of this week, doesn’t mean your Golden Griffin athletes are also taking a break from their respective seasons.
The Canisius women’s basketball team is hosting a Wednesday afternoon matinee in the KAC against Albany, which starts at 2:00 p.m. and your hockey team hosts Army West Point at LECOM HarborCenter in a two game set this coming weekend.
The hockey games are slated for Friday and Saturday afternoon with both games starting at the fan-friendly time of 1:00 p.m. Tickets for all three games can be purchased in advance at the Canisius ticket office – 888-2885. Faculty and staff receive a discount on tickets.
On the road this week is the men’s basketball team. The Griffs play at Illinois-Chicago on Tuesday night at 8:00 p.m. and meet Mercer in Boca Raton, Florida at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
