If you’re up early this Sunday, November 3, be sure to tune into the monthly edition of “Crossroads.”

Program host Rev. Patrick J. Lynch, SJ, will interview Paul Cumbo, director of professional and staff development at Canisius High School and author of The Blue Doors: The Sesquicentennial of Canisius High School.

The newly-released book chronicles the origins of Canisius High School (and Canisius College) on Ellicott Street and then Washington Street, and details the separation of the two schools in 1912. The Blue Doors goes on to highlight the expansion of Canisius High School on Delaware Avenue and its growing diversity within the student body.

“Crossroads” is a monthly radio program produced by the Network of Religious Communities and hosted by Father Lynch, professor emeritus of religious studies and theology. It airs on the first Sunday of each month at 6:00 a.m. on MIX-96 (96.1 FM) and at 6:30 a.m. on JACK-FM (92.9).

If you miss the Sunday, November 3 broadcast, you can catch it starting Monday, November 4 on the Canisius SoundCloud.
