It’s Flashback Friday!

It’s Flashback Friday! Each Friday we will include historical facts about the college in The Dome, on Facebook and Twitter. Flashback Fridays are another part of our yearlong Sesquicentennial celebration, which culminates in 2020 when Canisius turns 150 years old.

Flashback to September 1969 – The long wait for a campus athletic facility ended in September of 1969 when Canisius opened a newly-constructed $2.5 million physical education complex housed on the eight-acre property at Main Street and Delavan Avenue.
