The campus community is invited to attend the Center for Urban Education Educational Equity Symposium on Thursday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. Keynote speakers John Brittain, professor of law, University of the District of Columbia and Peter Cookson, PhD, senior researcher, Learning Policy Institute, will present and take questions on their recent Learning Policy Institute report entitled, “Sharing the Wealth: How Regional Finance and Desegregation Plans Can Enhance Educational Equity.”
