Regular mail delivery and pickup will be suspended beginning Monday, May 20 through Friday, August 16. The mailroom service window hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please note that the service window may close temporarily during the day as needed.

Picking Up Mail: In-bound mail, inter-office envelopes and parcels may be picked up at the mailroom service window located in Science Hall.  Parcels deemed too heavy to carry will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.

Sending Mail: Out-bound mail, inter-office envelopes and parcels may be dropped off at the mailroom service window or in the drop box located near the mailroom. The drop box located in the Old Main Faculty Lounge is removed for the summer and will be returned Monday, August 19. For out-bound parcels deemed too heavy to carry, contact the mailroom to arrange for a pickup.

Regular mailroom services will resume Monday August 19.
