ArtsCanisius will host the next Meet-the-Faculty recital on Monday, March 11 at 12:00 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center.
Melissa Thorburn, mezzo-soprano and director of Cantio Sacra and Richard Falkenstein, guitar and chair/professor of fine arts, will perform works by John Dowland, Wolfgang A. Mozart, Franz Xaver Mozart and John Rutter. Original settings of poems by Edgar Allan Poe will also be featured.
The event is free and open to the public. The recital allows students, staff, faculty and friends of Canisius to enjoy the talents of the fine arts faculty.
