The Human Resources Department is pleased to announce that Summer Handzlik, director of the Canisius Fund, is the Canisius College Employee of Distinction for December 2018! Handzlik was nominated for the award by Matt Gorczyca, assistant director of the Canisius Fund.
At Canisius College for 4 years, Summer currently works as the director of the Canisius Fund. She was selected for this award based on her outstanding fundraising results this past Giving Day, her leadership and mentorship skills and her dedication to the College’s Jesuit ideals.
