The Canisius men’s basketball team will host Monmouth University on Thursday, January 24 at 7:00 p.m. at the Koessler Athletic Center. Monmouth (5-2 in MAAC play) has posted four consecutive victories, including a buzzer-beating win over Iona this past weekend to move into second place in the MAAC. Canisius (4-2), on the strength of road victories over Quinnipiac and Fairfield, is half of a game behind Monmouth heading into Thursday’s game, which is the annual Suits and Sneakers Night along with Athletes-for-Athletes.
The Griffins Den opens at 5:45 p.m. with a buffet dinner available for $10 and $3 for adult beverages.
