October means that colder weather is coming and with it a chance for the East-West Community Garden to rest for the winter.

Partners of the garden will put the garden to bed on Friday, October 19 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

They will harvest leftovers of the veggies, take stock of how the summer went, clean up the beds, eat some snacks and talk about plans for next year!

Feel free to join the sustainability initiative for the event. All are welcome.
