Chartwells’ annual guest engagement survey is called “Voice to Vision,” and the philosophy behind it is “insights for reinventing the campus experience.”

The goal is to provide a more robust survey asking the right questions to help us better understand our guests, how they perceive us and most importantly obtaining insight into what we can do to enhance their campus dining experience. The annual survey will consist of two parts, the first titled “Guest Engagement Surveywill start today, Monday, October 1.
