Chef Sarah is a graduate of the esteemed Johnson & Wales University and has been with Chartwells for six years. Additionally, she owns a farm-to-table catering company with her husband.
Chef Sarah started cooking at home as a child with her grandmother. Her first cookbook was the Roald Dahl Cookbook, which featured recipes from his children’s books such as Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Chef Sarah’s most influential chef is the famed Julia Child.
