Beginning Monday, May 21, the mailroom will suspend regular delivery and pickup to-and-from campus departments for the summer.  Regular services will resume Monday, August 20.

In the interim, employees can visit the mailroom service window in Science Hall to pick up and send mail.  Summer hours in the mailroom are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  (Please note that the service window may temporarily close during the day, as needed.)

See below for more detailed information regarding the pickup and delivery of mail during the summer months:

Picking Up Mail: In-bound mail, interoffice envelopes and parcels may be picked up at the mailroom service window.  Parcels deemed too heavy to carry will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.

Sending Mail: Out-bound mail, interoffice envelopes and parcels may be dropped off at the mailroom service window or in the drop box located near the mailroom. Please do not use the drop box located IN the Old Main Faculty Lounge. For out-bound parcels deemed too heavy to carry, contact the mailroom to arrange for a pickup.

If you have any questions, call Karl Fritz or George Ambrusko in the mailroom at Ext. 2245.
