Makerspace on campus is a place where students can create physical or digital items in common work spaces using shared resources and equipment. Makerspaces are meant to be a mechanism for encouraging students to explore and learn outside the classroom. Thanks to the generous support of Taheri and Todoro, P.C., the January Makerspace participants knitted and crocheted a warm and colorful scarf for the bronze griffin sculpture outside of Science Hall! Please stop by to admire their work and take a selfie or two. Use the hashtag #Makerspace@CanisiusCollege if you like.

The Makerspace event in January 2018 was sponsored by the Art History Program.

Stay tuned for future Makerspace events!
