As a reminder, the Human Resources Department introduced a new initiative that provides all employees with an additional opportunity to express their opinions: the Ideas to Action Box. The goal of this program is encourages employees to contribute feedback and process improvement recommendations in a confidential manner. Employees also have the option to identify themselves.
The following options are available:
- One physical box next to the Human Resources notice board in Old Main 100
- One virtual box available here.
All ideas submitted through the Ideas to Action Box are reviewed by the senior leadership team. Any employee who submits a process improvement idea that is implemented will be recognized in The Dome and receive a prize.
