Zachary Bohn᾿19 noticed the chicken crunch roll was a particularly popular snack at his father’s Hertel Avenue restaurant. So the economics/finance, management and communication studies triple major turned it into a successful business idea.

Zach and his father incorporated “The Original Crunch Roll Factory” which now produces products for more than 600 restaurants and other food service companies.
