Electronic W-2’s are available now. If you received your W-2 electronically in the past, your consent is still valid. To access your 2017 W-2, log on to MyCanisius. in Self-Service Banner, click on “employee,” then “tax forms,” then “W-2 Year-End Earnings Statement.” Select “2017” from the drop down box, then select file and print. If you did not consent to receive your W2 this way, please check the box “Electronic W-2 Consent” to receive your W-2 electronically. You can view and print your W-2 before the paper mailing date of January 31, 2018. You can view and print any year on Self-Service Banner.
