I am pleased to announce two promotions at the college.

Lisa Fischer is the new assistant registrar in the Student Records and Financial Services Center. This position reports to Deborah Prohn, assistant director of the Student Records and Financial Services Center and Registrar.

Lisa’s main responsibilities include semester course scheduling, course classroom assignments, final exam schedule, and assisting with curriculum management and incoming transfer student credit evaluation.

Lisa graduated from Canisius in 2017 with a bachelor of science degree in management. She is also currently working toward a graduate degree at Canisius. Prior to accepting this position, Lisa served as the academic affairs support manager.  Lisa’s office is located in Bagen Hall Room 106 and she can be reached at Ext. 2995 or at fisher7@canisius.edu.

 

 

 

I am also pleased to announce that Kelly Schultz is the new associate director of tax, endowment and grant accounting. This position reports to Ron Haberer, controller.

Kelly is responsible for financial and tax reporting, accounting controls, and leading grant accounting and compliance efforts. She also advises, educates and serves as a resource for departmental managers and senior management on budget and financial issues.

Kelly graduated from Austin Peay State University with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting. Prior to accepting this position, Kelly served as the assistant director of financial services. Kelly’s office is located in Old Main Room 004 and she can be reached at Ext. 8526 or at schult34@canisius.edu.
