Your Canisius women’s basketball team hosts Oakland (not the A’s, Raiders, or for you old-timers in the Dr. Dan Starr class, the Golden Seals) this Wednesday evening, November 29 at the Koessler Center. Tip-off against the Division I Golden Grizzlies is set for 7 p.m. Oakland owns a win over Niagara and they have already played in-state rivals Michigan and Michigan State, plus Northwestern and Illinois State. Tickets for all women’s games are just $5.00.
