Memorial Mass for Rev. Bucki, SJ

Please join the Canisius community at a memorial Mass for Rev. John P. Bucki, SJ, on Saturday, September 23 at 4:30 p.m. in the college’s Christ the King Chapel.

bucki-7dd2eba5-a758-43cf-a530-20adf73d61551Father Bucki, who served as director of campus ministry at Canisius from 2001 to 2012, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY, from lung cancer. He was 67.

At the time of his passing, Father Bucki was rector of the Jesuit Community and director of campus ministry at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, where a wake and Mass of Christian Burial will take place on the following dates:
