Margaret C. McCarthy, PhD, is one of 26 area women set to receive the Women of Influence Award, presented by Buffalo’s Business First.
The vice president for academic affairs is being recognized in the Inspiration Category, which honors women leaders who, “through their words, actions and attitude, inspire those who work with and around them.”
The Women of Influence Awards will be presented September 19 at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo.
