The Canisius College Summer Reading and Writing Camp will run July 17-21 and July 24-28, Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. The camp will provide reading and writing experiences for students in grades 2-12. There is a reduced price for enrolling in both camps.

Students will be engaged in highly motivating small group activities including literature circles, readers’ theater and poetry jams. Attendees will work with peers and with literacy interns who are certified teachers near the completion of the master’s in literacy education. Canisius College faculty will be supervising the camp experience.
