Here’s a handy checklist of important steps and tutorials for faculty members wrapping up spring 2017 courses in Desire2Learn:

• Enter your final grades through MyCanisius. See Entering Final Grades at the End of the Semester.
• Do you want students to see their calculated grade within D2L’s grades area? See Turning Grade Calculation on for Students.
• Export your gradebook to archive in your personal records. See Exporting your Grades from D2L.
• Archive your entire course in D2L format at the end of each term. See Archiving a Course.
• Copy your course content to the next semester. See Copy a Course/all Course Components from One Course to Another.  A text instruction sheet is available as well.

ITS is currently making plans for the labs and instructional technology classrooms (ITC) for the 2017-2018 academic year.

– ITS will install the following packages on all lab and ITC computers
– If you require any specialized software that is not on the standard list, please complete this Google Form by Thursday, June 1 to assure installation.
– Software requests from previous years must be resubmitted.
