Hermes awards are administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), an international organization consisting of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital media production and free-lance professionals.
Entries were judged on concept, story development, writing and design. Kudos to the Canisius Magazine team – Eileen Herbert, executive editor; Audrey Browka, managing editor; Kristin Etu, writer; Gary Steltermann, contributing writer; Patty Herkey, creative director and Cody Weiler, art director.
More than 6,000 entries from throughout the United States and around the world were submitted to the 2017 Hermes Creative Awards competition. Approximately 15 percent of entries won Platinum awards (900 out of 6,000), the top award, and around 20 percent of entries won Gold awards (1,200 out of 6,000)!
