COLI’s Google Apps Meetup

coli_canisius_left_rev17

This semester, the Center for Online Learning & Innovation (COLI) is hosting a meetup series focused on Google Apps for Education, a set of tools ideally suited for teaching, learning and collaboration via the web. The next meetup will take place Thursday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m. Bring your lunch! We’ll meet in Old Main 115, where computers, internet and collaborative spirit are plentiful.

gafecanisiuslogo55At this meetup, COLI staff will introduce a new feature recently made available to Canisius College users: Team Drives!  These make collaborating on common documents within departments and offices even easier!

If you use Google Apps to teach, help students, make administrative work less burdensome or facilitate research, please show us!  Bring your questions for the group!  Complete novices, casual users and power users all welcome!

COLI produces a variety of technology support resources for faculty.  At any time, you can see what we have by going to our home on the web, at canisius.edu/coli.  You can find information about our regular workshops, book a consultation meeting with our staff, and find additional resources, such as our blog and YouTube channel.

As always, if you have any questions concerning technology for teaching, learning and research, set up a one-on-one virtual or in-person consultation with us!
