On Friday, March 3, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the second floor of Old Main, several representatives of the Muslim community, accompanied by Canisius students, will hand out roses to celebrate Roses of the Prophets. This beautiful gesture by the WNY Muslim community reaches out in friendship to all faiths. Along with the roses will be an accompanying card with a quote from one of three prophets important to Islam: Mohammed, Jesus and Moses.
Come by and receive a rose and quote and celebrate the beauty of religious diversity!
