An article by Angela Fulk, PhD, adjunct professor of first-year writing, entitled “Tea and Sympathy” is featured in Inside Higher Ed.

The article references research performed by Terri Mangione, PhD, vice president for student affairs and Margaret McCarthy, PhD, vice president for academic affairs, and discusses how faculty members serve as informal mentors.
