Dear Faculty and Staff:
Because of an inadvertent scheduling conflict with the faculty-only forum on Thursday, President Hurley’s Town Hall meeting is going to be replaced with a meeting for all staff and administrators to review the staff engagement survey results. This presentation will take place this Thursday, March 2, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Regis Rooms. The Town Hall meeting has been rescheduled for April 20 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., also in the Regis Rooms.
The review of the staff engagement survey results and a discussion of next steps will be led by Lauren Young, director of institutional research and effectiveness, and Linda Walleshauser, associate vice president of human resources and compliance. The engagement surveys have been an important vehicle for campus feedback and have provided a critical baseline of information about faculty and staff attitudes and perspectives.
Thank you to all of those who participated in the survey. We hope you will be able to attend Thursday to continue your involvement in the conversation and learn about the next steps.
