On Monday, February 13, TeachSpin will be on campus with its “Food Truck for the Physics Mind.” The truck is a 50-foot long trailer with a number of experiments for demonstrations. The Canisius community is invited to tour the TeachSpin trailer from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. The trailer will be parked in the Spillman Lot behind the Health Sciences building.

TeachSpin is a local company, started by retired UB physics professor Jonathan Reichert, that manufactures lab equipment and experiments for advanced physics laboratory classes. In March, TeachSpin will take its show on the road, visiting various colleges, universities and the spring meeting of the American Physical Society.

This is a great opportunity to see some interesting physics, interact with the science community in Buffalo and support a local business.
