African and Burmese children from Our Lady of Hope Parish in Buffalo will perform in Fiddler on the Roof on Saturday, February 11 at 7:00 p.m. in the college’s Marie Maday Theatre.  Come and rejoice in the music and cleverness of Fiddler on the Roof and applaud the efforts and performances of the children. These young people have all come to Buffalo as refugees, overcoming all manners of obstacles in their efforts to become part of American society. They have put in hours of practice under the skillful direction of the talented Jenny Serniuk, doctoral student at UB and musician.

The event is free and open to the public, however, registration is mandatory to gain admittance. To do this, please contact Sr. Pat Brady at Ext. 2177 or 861-4935 or by email at bradyp@canisius.edu.

A free-will offering would be very appreciated, but is not required.
