The Canisius women’s soccer team clinched a spot in the 2016 MAAC Championships over the weekend and now have their sights set on hosting a first round game this Saturday, October 29. For that to happen, the Griffs need to knock off Siena Wednesday, October 26 at the Demske Sports Complex at 4:00 p.m. Siena currently sits in second place in the MAAC with a 7-2 league mark, while your Griffs are 5-4 in conference action.
In addition to defeating Siena, the Griffs also need Quinnipiac and Marist to either tie or lose on Wednesday afternoon.
