Translating Your Course for the Online Environment
Online, blended and hybrid courses can be rich learning experiences for participants. But teaching a course online, in whole or part, requires careful consideration about how your content, communications, activities and assessments should be different from a traditional face-to-face course. This semester, the Center for Online Learning & Innovation (COLI) is offering a variety of training opportunities for faculty who plan to teach online.
We are offering an online workshop on Tuesday, October 25 at 10:00 a.m. entitled “Translating Your Course for the Online Environment.” In this workshop, you’ll reimagine your courses so that they take advantage of the variety of web-based creation, collaboration and communications options. While this course is aimed at those who plan to teach online, it can benefit face-to-face instructors who wish to take (better) advantage of the web, too.
Sign up for this and our other workshops today!
