Several offices on campus received phone solicitation calls from a company claiming to be associated with ComDoc and Xerox. The company is requesting information about departmental printers and telling users that the cost of toner and supplies is increasing. They then try to sell and ship you their supplies.
Please do not give them any information or agree to allow them to provide services and supplies. If you question the callers’ motives or intentions, please refer them to the ITS Help Desk. ComDoc does not give out any information and will never call trying to sell toner. All toner and maintenance supplies are provided as part of our contract with ComDoc.
