Rise and grind! Tim Hortons Café (re)opened on the Canisius campus early this a.m.

First in line for all the brew-ha-ha: Marco Benedetti, vice president for business and finance and Tom Ciminelli, director of facilities management.  The two oversaw the campus hot-spot’s $425,000 renovation (from the ground up!). Upgrades include improvements to Tim Hortons’ mechanical systems, the addition of new food and beverage preparation stations, as well as a new register. There are also new additions to the menu and a new coffee-only register.

It all boils down to more capacity and less wait times for your favorite fresh-roast – and fresh-baked goods.
