Help Desk Fall Hours
The ITS Help Desk will have fall hours for the first two weeks of the semester. Beginning on Monday, August 29 through Friday, September 9 the Help Desk will be available Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Starting on Monday, September 12, the Help Desk will commence with usual hours, Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The new Center for Online Learning & Innovation (COLI) offers plenty of resources to help faculty prepare to teach in the upcoming fall semester. During the next few weeks several Desire2Learn workshops are offered, both on campus and online (via web conference).
