Canisius community members are invited to attend the Chairman’s Book Club, a public book discussion on Tuesday, August 16 at the Frank E. Merriweather Jr. Branch Library, located at 1324 Jefferson Avenue (north of E. Utica). Adjunct Professor of Philosophy Heron Simmonds-Price is one of the featured panelists at the event.

The topic of discussion is Ta-Nehisi Coates’ Between the World and Me. The event is hosted by the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library Board Chairman, Frank Housh. This event is free and open to the public.

The discussion will take place on at noon.
