If you are a budget manager, director or department chair, you may have received a print summary report for your department. This report is for review only. As per Ron Haberer’s previous communication to budget owners, your budgets will not be charged for printing. All printing is now being charged from 12 higher-level cost centers at the vice president and dean levels. These reports will be audited quarterly at this level. The monthly reports are for departmental review to see what volume your department is using.
If you did not receive a report and believe you should have or received one in error please contact the ITS Help Desk at x8340 or email@example.com. We are still working on getting the reports into an automated process. Any time it is required ITS can provide printing data. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
