M&T Bank reports a defect in Centresuite software affecting selections and printing for the Statement of Account Report. Users may access an individual VISA card account statement by doing the following:

From Centresuite:

Click the Reports Tab, click Standard Reports and choose Statement of Account Report.

Scroll to the “Accounts and Units” section and select the “Account” button.

In the search box, enter of the first letter of the name on the account followed by an asterisk, then select the SEARCH button.

Example:  For a user to access an account name that starts with the letter “C”, enter C* and execute a search.  A list of account names beginning with letter “C” and belonging to the user will appear in Select Accounts.   Select an account from the list, then “RUN.”

From the Standard Reports tab, choose the View Output Log and you can download and print the report.
