The Griff Center April Lunch and Learn will feature guest host, Irving Levy. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 20 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Student Center Executive Conference Room.
Irving Levy is the owner and chief financial officer of TeamHealth/The Exigence Group. In this role he is responsible for all accounting and reporting practices, billing and collections, human resources and recruitment of new physicians. He has more than 20 years of experience and a strong background in healthcare and physician practice management.
Levy is involved with projects involving medical practice profit enhancement, collections enhancements and the structure, sale and acquisition of medical practices. Levy is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a consultant for entrepreneurship in the Buffalo region.
All undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to attend the luncheon and participate in a career discussion. Students can register for the event through their Handshake accounts.
