To access your 2015 W-2:
Log on to MyCanisius
Under “My Applications” select Self Service Banner:
- Employee
- Tax forms
- W-2 Year End Earnings Statements
- Select tax year 2015 from the drop down menu
- Click Display
If you are not able to view your W-2 select “Electronic W-2 Consent” and check the box to consent to receive W-2 electronically.
