The Department of Administrative Computing is excited to announce that on Thursday, January 7 the portal software will be updated to its newest version. This update is quite significant and includes many changes to its layout and portlet design as well as allowing it to become responsive. This means that the entire portal will now be viewable on any mobile device as well as any tablet. Administrative computing has been testing, making adjustments where needed, and changing the layouts of certain pages to accommodate mobile views. Administrative computing will continue into the spring semester as it collaborates with many of the portal community administrators to improve the user experience.
