Banner Security Requests

ITS is implementing a new email address for the purpose of making Banner security requests. Having this separate email address available will allow us to better facilitate having a primary and a secondary backup person handling the requests.

Please send any requests for Banner security to: bannersecurity@canisius.edu.

Tracy Wass has taken on new database administrator responsibilities and is now the primary person to be handling the Banner security requests and software upgrades. Tracy has been a dedicated member of the ITS staff for many years and we are grateful to her for taking on these additional responsibilities.
