Canisius College named Justin P. Rogers its new director of undergraduate admissions. Rogers begins work at the college on September 2 and will be responsible for leading efforts to develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment and admission strategies in order to meet Canisius’ enrollment goals. Specifically, he will coordinate recruitment activities for freshmen and transfer students; evaluate and select applicants for admission based on established institutional criteria; and maintain the oversight and integrity of the colleges’ admissions data.
Rogers comes to Canisius with nearly 10 years of experience in undergraduate admissions and enrollment management. Most recently he served as director of admissions at Hilbert College. Rogers was responsible for the coordination of the college’s annual recruitment strategy, and student search strategies and practices.
