Please join us in the Grupp Fireside Lounge on Tuesday, May 19 at 3:00 p.m. to thank Blair for his service to Canisius College. Light refreshments will be provided.

Blair has served our campus community with patience, care and expertise for 38 years. His leadership and innovation sets an amazing example for those working with and for him. ITS Help Desk is on the Move

The library renovation project will have an impact the ITS Help Desk operation. The walk up portion of the ITS Help Desk will be moving out of the library after the spring semester is over. The new location will be in the lower level of Horan O’Donnell in Room 016, located right up the hall from the Campus Bookstore.

Faculty and staff should feel free to stop by this new location in HO-016 after Memorial Day with their questions or to drop off Scantron exams. This will not affect users calling the Help Desk as those calls will still be answered just as before at extension 8340.

Once the library renovation is complete, our student workers will be joining the library student workers at the new circulation desk.   This combined group of students will be trained to answer most of the questions that are handled at the walk up portion of the Help Desk currently. This includes printing, wireless, email and other basic concerns.

If you have any questions please feel free to call us at extension 8340.
