It’s finals week already?! The FacTS Center has quick tutorial videos helpful for faculty wrapping up their spring courses, and preparing for their summer or fall courses. Take a look at this summary video, and our handy checklists.
Also, remember that in faculty and staff email accounts (through Microsoft Exchange and Outlook), emails have an expiration date! See this guide to saving your old emails.

The library renovation project will have an impact the ITS Help Desk operation. The walk up portion of the ITS Help Desk will be moving out of the library after the spring semester is over. The new location will be in the lower level of Horan O’Donnell in Room 016, located right up the hall from the Campus Bookstore.
Faculty and staff should feel free to stop by this new location in HO-016 after Memorial Day with their questions or to drop off Scantron exams. This will not affect users calling the Help Desk as those calls will still be answered just as before at extension 8340.
Once the library renovation is complete, our student workers will be joining the library student workers at the new circulation desk. This combined group of students will be trained to answer most of the questions that are handled at the walk up portion of the Help Desk currently. This includes printing, wireless, email and other basic concerns.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us at extension 8340.
