Your Canisius softball team hosts six straight conference games this week with a position at the top of the league on the line.
The Griffs kick off the week’s action by hosting Little Three rival Niagara in a twin bill on Thursday afternoon. First pitch for game one is slated for 3:00 p.m.
Canisius takes a deep breath on Friday before welcoming conference foes St. Peter’s and Manhattan to Buffalo for the weekend. The two games on Saturday versus the Peahens start at 12:00 p.m., while first pitch for the Jaspers doubleheader is slated for 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Currently, Manhattan (10-2) and Canisius (8-2) sit atop the MAAC standings. St. Peter’s and Niagara are near the bottom of the standings.
