The Canisius women’s basketball team will battle Monmouth on Thursday, March 5 at 9:30 a.m. in the opening game of the 2015 MAAC Tourney. The Griffs enter the postseason as the #8 seed, while Monmouth is the #9 seed. Should Canisius win on Thursday, they will face top-seeded Quinnipiac at noon on Friday.
Your fifth seeded Golden Griffin men’s basketball team will meet #4 seed Monmouth at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 in the opening round of the MAAC basketball championship. The winner will face the winner of the Iona versus Siena/Niagara winner on Sunday at 4:30 p.m.
