Canisius celebrates the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., with a Soup with Substance Luncheon Wednesday, February 11, from 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. in Grupp Fireside Lounge in the Richard E. Winter ’42Student Center. Soup and beverage will be served. The program is free and open to the public.
An interview with the Hon. Rev. Darius Pridgen, pastor of Buffalo’s True Bethel Baptist Church and President of the Buffalo Common Council will be conducted by guest moderator Ms. Sandy White ’77 an award winning journalist. There will be a performance by WNY gospel singer Ms. Bessie Patterson.
