Red Thread Theatre will perform “Snake in the Grass,” a play by Alan Ayckbourn, now through Sunday, February 1. Red Thread Theatre is the production company of Canisius College Theatre Artist- in-Residence Eileen Dugan. She acts in the play along with Pamela Rose Mangus and Adria Ryan. Dugan also co-directs “Snake in the Grass” with Josephine Hogan. Canisius alumnus Hannah Alt ’13 serves as the stage manager.

In “Snake in the Grass,” two sisters reunite after their father’s death to face death threats of blackmail, ghosts of the past and their complicated feelings for each other in this dark comedy that keeps audiences guessing until the last minute.
Performances will be held on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. at the Marie Maday Theatre in Lyons Hall. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $15 for seniors, $10 for Canisius faculty and staff, and FREE for students.
