Your men’s basketball team returns to home court this weekend for a pair of HUGE conference games.
Friday night the Griffs tangle with the Saints of Siena and their feisty coach, Jimmy Patsos, while Sunday afternoon Iona visits for a rematch of a game the Gaels won by three this past weekend in New Rochelle. The two opponents were picked to finish first and second in the MAAC’s preseason poll.
Friday night’s game tips off at 7 p.m., while Sunday’s clash begins at 2 p.m.
Petey’s birthday will be celebrated by the students in the Patrick Lee prior to Friday night’s game. Friday’s game will be the first home contest with school in session since November 15.
