Canisius Chorale Enters Spring Season, Invites New Members

The Canisius College Chorale is preparing to begin its Spring semester of rehearsals and performances and we eagerly invite new members from among the student body, faculty and staff.

The Chorale has just completed an exciting Fall season that featured performances throughout Western New York, including collaborations with the Amherst Symphony Orchestra and Camerata di Sant’Antonio as well as its acclaimed Sacred Spaces series of concerts in area churches. Its annual Winter Concert drew a near-capacity crowd to the college’s Montante Cultural Center.

The coming Spring term promises to be equally rewarding, with concerts here on campus and travels throughout the region for performances in some of the area’s finest concert venues.

Our first rehearsal of the term will take place today, Monday, January 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Montante Cultural Center. No audition is necessary for membership. Please consider joining one of Western New York’s most active collegiate music ensembles!

Feel free to call or write with any questions or just come to our first session on Monday, January 12. We hope to see you then.
